  • Logistics Project Manager 1995 – 2000 Hewlett Packard Co. Boise, Idaho; Responsible for all LIS Logistics 3rd party supplier shipping/export programs/direct vendor programs. Worked with multiple product lines to identify key needs to source a specialized Logistics Service Provider to support customized logistics solutions for the following LIS initiatives; High Touch Ship Direct Program, Evaluation Unit Program, HP Prep, HP Reseller Support Program, and HP Warranty Replacement & Return Program. Working closely with LIS divisions, technical, and channel marketing teams to develop and market new channel distribution programs Worldwide, experienced with writing, negotiating and managing Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) and 3rd party contracts.

  • Regulatory/Customs Management 1985 – 1997, Hewlett Packard Co. Boise, Idaho managed all, inbound & outbound classification processes for the LaserJet divisions. Responsible for customs and audit reporting for Division 4600 – directing the LIS Logistics compliance audits in 1997, 1998 & 1999, providing assistance to HP Corporate Customs, Transportation and Logistics Team to enhance current processes and information databases and to develop new programs, directed efforts for Latin America Toner Take back Program ensuring proper customs valuation, declaration, part identification and physical transportation flow through out all areas of transportation. Very good knowledge of the following HP Corporate systems; SAP, WMS, WWS, WWCLASS, EX-DOC, WWMOTION, ELCID and identified over $950,000 in false product classifications in 1998, resulting in return revenue to HP.
